Some days we are all over the place at dinner time, but, if I manage to plan ahead, dinner can look like this.
I’ve tried smitten kitchen’s chili (love it, of course), Martha’s and a one from Whole Foods. I start it on the stove and let it finish in the slow cooker. The muffins look like cornbread but are pumpkin – a little switch up that turned out to be a favorite. My favorite cheat is to substitute sweet Italian turkey sausage for ground turkey – I know, crazy! Go ahead, try it!
