capability mom finds kim & scott's gourmet pretzelsA while ago I was approached by this company to try their pretzels – what fun! They were super and sent a huge box of a variety of their pretzels. My kid’s are the fairly picky eaters so getting them to like something is a great challenge. We worked our way through the many boxes (we should have had a pretzel tasting party – next time we will!). Some were hits and some were not favorites (maybe some of the fillings were too sophisticated like the spinach feta – a favorite combination for me – or cheddar jalapeno) but the sweet cinnamon pretzels and the chocolate pretzels were delicious. We tried their stuffed pretzels which was a first for us (we have only previously tried pretzels filled with peanut butter from Trader Joe’s – nothing like these).

Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels are really, really good pretzels. Not to mention that the company is incredible.  I love that the ingredients are all natural and that the pretzels are made in a nut free facility (so important for so many families these days). The company is also very aware of giving back to the community and does a great job through their Pretzels with a Purpose programs.  Check out this Going Green with a Twist Program.

Here is a link for Where to Buy (you can also order online) and there is a letter you can download and print and send to your local retailer to ask them to carry these treats. Very thoughtful and helpful, sort of the whole spirit of the company. I have been on a little expedition looking for these pretzels (now that we have finished them all) and so far, the Shaw’s near me does not carry them nor does Whole Foods which you would think would be a total fit. Come on, Whole Foods, stock the pretzels. Maybe I will try the other (larger) Shaw’s and Target this week and report back.
